Flow-wrap

Bagging

• Placement of items in poly bag, heat-sealed closure

• Placement of items in poly bag, zipper closure

• Placement of items in poly bag, tie closure

• Placement of items in poly bag, Swiftach security closure

Sampling

• Placement of items onto cardstock or in bag or other carrier for presentation to consumer as sample

• Assembly of tray and placement of trial size product into tray for physicians samples

• Addition of a trial size or sample onto base product by means of shrink, hangtag, elastic, poly bag or some other method

Gluing

• Hand-gluing

Cartoning

• Heat-Seal – placement of item(s) in blister and heat seal application of blister onto card

• Cold-Seal – placement of item(s) in blister and pressure application of blister onto card

• Clam shell – placement of item(s) in 2 blisters which are then sealed to each other, trapping items inside of blisters

• E-Shell (Costco) – placement of product in blister, trapped in fold-over card

​Re-work

• Re-marking – Addition – add Info., Mark, DIN, NPN, Lot #, Exp. Date to product and/or product packaging via inkjet, stamp or hand-mark

• Re-marking – Deletion – remove or de-face Info., Mark, DIN, NPN, Lot #, Exp. Date from product and/or product packaging via inkjet, stamp or hand-mark

• Re-label – addition of label to cover existing or in place of removed label

 Labels MATERIAL

• UPC – design and supply of 1 colour UPC labels for product and/or product packaging

• SCC – design and supply of 1 colour SCC labels for shippers

• Design and supply of hang tags which connect 2 products together, hang a small size product onto a larger one, etc.

• Design and supply of PFC (Printed Folding Cartons) or chipboard cartons or cardstock die cut pieces to hold product, multiple products, kits, bonus packs, gift sets or wrap around product(s) for promotional purposes

Shippers MATERIAL

• Design and supply of corrugate shippers, including graphic print
